In this course you will

Explore the question of happiness. What is it? How is it achieved?

Learn the features of the mind that lead us to think the way we do, and the research that can help us change

Engage in a series of challenges designed to increase their own well being and build more productive habits

What I love most about this course is that it asks students to dive into psychological research while reflecting on and practicing some of the concepts. Wrestling with new ideas during classes has allowed me to build strong positive relationships with the students. I wish this course was available for me to take in high school or college.
