Andrea holds a Master of Arts from Middlebury College and a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad San Buenaventura, Cali, Colombia. Prior to becoming a Spanish Instructor, Andrea was a lawyer in Colombia. She has over 18 years of experience teaching Spanish language courses and Spanish for the professions, such as Business and Legal Spanish. Andrea is a poet and her work has been published in several magazines and poetry anthologies in Spain, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. Her most recent book “Al lado del trueno” (Next to the thunder) was published in Colombia and released in the International Book Fair (FILBO) in Bogotá. When she is not teaching or writing, she enjoys traveling and cooking.
